:Guarantee
#1:Here at Birds Like Us aka BLU,
we are Extremely Proud of the Quality of our birds so
much so that at time of delivery, BLU guarantees that the bird(s) purchased are
in good health and free of any pre-existing conditions. To validate the
guarantee, the Buyer is encouraged to have the bird(s) examined by a licensed,
certified avian veterinarian of their choice within seven(7) days of receipt of
bird(s). This will verify the bird(s) health.
#2: In the event of a congenital
defect or other health problem being found within that 7day period resulting in the
loss of the bird(s), upon verification of loss by the examining veterinarian's
initial health report, the necropsy results & the BLU leg band from the bird(s),
band must be whole & uncut. BLU agrees at sole discretion, to either refund the
entire purchase price, including all deposit monies to buyer or replace with
another bird(s) of the same species, sex(if known) and age approximate and all costs
of the redelivery transportation to be borne by BLU.
#3: If in the event the
Buyer fails to have bird(s) examined by a veterinarian within said 7day period
after delivery, then Buyer UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES that the sale is one of "AS
IS" CONDITION. Buyer then assumes all risks & costs for injury, treatment, or
death of bird(s).
#4: We have testimonies that will be posted here on the website of past
sales from some very happy customers. BLU would have no problems with
introducing you to any or all of our satisfied customers. BLU is confident
that you will be extremely happy with your new baby(ies) and look forward to
continuing business with you.
